Before You Send Logs

• Do not send passwords or private IPTV provider credentials.
• Remove private playlist URLs before sharing screenshots or logs.
• Include whether the problem happens on desktop, iPhone, iPad, Android, or tvOS.

Provider And Content Support

Better IPTV does not sell channels, subscriptions, or playlists. If a channel is unavailable, buffering, or missing EPG data, your IPTV provider may need to fix the source stream or guide feed.

Common Checks

• Confirm the same Xtream Codes account or M3U URL works with your provider.
• Refresh channels in the app after provider-side changes.
• Try the same stream on another network to rule out local connectivity issues.
• Update to the latest available version before reporting a bug.
